Refund and Cancellation Policy

Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment (Billing > Ask for a refund). You get everything back except the one-time onboarding fee of ₹99. We pay refunds by UPI to the UPI ID you give, usually within 5 working days, and email a GST credit note. The service stops when the refund is paid.

Cancelling

You can stop using the service at any time (Billing > Stop using the service). The assistant stops at once. Apart from the guarantee above, the current month is not refunded. You can download your data for 30 days, then it is deleted. You can start again within those 30 days.

Free trial

The 7-day trial is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan and pay.
