How it works

  1. Sign up with your email (no password; we send a code).
  2. Tell us about your business: upload your menu (CSV or Excel), import it from Zomato, or type it. Add photos and your policies.
  3. Try it in demo mode: chat with your assistant as a customer and as yourself. Nothing reaches real customers.
  4. Connect your WhatsApp Business number and press Start. Keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone as before.
  5. Pause, stop or start again any time, from WhatsApp or the portal. Stop using the service whenever you like and take your data with you.

What is a chat? One customer in one 24-hour period. It starts with the customer's first message; everything in the next 24 hours is the same chat, however many messages (fair use up to 100). The same customer after 24 hours, or on another day, is a new chat. Your own messages, alerts, reminders and demo chats are not counted. 500 chats is about 16 customer conversations a day. The assistant never stops mid-month because of the limit; extra chats are added to the next bill.

Payments by UPI: scan our QR code and enter the transaction reference (UTR). We verify it and email a GST invoice. Replies inside WhatsApp's 24-hour window cost nothing from Meta.
