Incolo Systems Private Limited processes data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Your customers' data

For the conversations with your customers, you (the business) decide why data is used and we process it on your behalf: messages, WhatsApp numbers and names, order details and delivery addresses. We use it only to answer your customers, take orders, alert you and show you your dashboard. It is kept in India, separated from every other business, and never used to train AI models.

Your account data

Your name, email, phone, business details, payment references and GST details, used to run your account, bill you and meet tax law.

Who processes it

Amazon Web Services (hosting, email and the AI model, in India) and Meta (WhatsApp messages, as the channel your customers chose).

How long we keep it

While you use the service. After you stop, you can download it for 30 days; then it is deleted. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Security logs are kept for 180 days.

Your rights

You can see, download, correct and delete your data from the portal, or ask us. Your customers can ask you, or us, to see or delete their data.
